You sleep badly and you don’t know the reason why? Dr. Daria wrote an article where she gives us three reasons why we can’t sleep.

And it seems very simple because we can take these steps to sleep well. However, the routine can play a trick on us and we can’t stop doing it. Like not looking at your cell phone right before you go to bed. Sometimes that’s the routine and it’s hard to stop doing it, but nevertheless it’s crucial.
